Celebrate winter!
Wednesday 29 October 2025
Winter is coming, and there’s so much to look forward to! For florists looking for winter inspiration: this blog covers everything about seasonal flowers, weddings, and holidays.
Last week, everything at FM Group revolved around our in-house fair: Bloomshare 2025! This third edition proved to be an incredibly valuable experience. For florists and wholesalers: here are the key insights from Bloomshare, from trends to new services.
At our Contoneaster location, you immediately see how many types of florists we serve. The space is filled with flowers, plants and accessories that suit shop florists, bridal stylists and influencer florists. With a broad and flexible range, we meet the needs of every specialisation.
What we learned:
The need for diversity is huge. While bridal florists often prefer scent-free flowers, influencer florists look for striking, photogenic varieties. That’s why offering a wide and flexible assortment is essential.

At our Contoneaster location, a mini-museum showcased the craftsmanship of floral designer Hanneke Frankema and the candidates of the World Floral Art Cup 2025. It highlighted how floristry is much more than arranging bouquets: it’s about skill, creativity and experience.
What we learned:
The mini-museum demonstrated the power of craftsmanship combined with creativity, storytelling and a unique style. By presenting floral elements under glass domes like an art gallery, floristry was literally shown as an art form. It underlined the value of continuously developing creative techniques and offering designs that evoke emotion.

We hope you enjoyed Bloomshare, we certainly enjoyed having you there!
Visitors shared valuable feedback on the webshop, our assortment and new ideas:

Great to have you with us: see you next year!
